As part of the expansion programme, Horizon wanted to revamp its interior brand identity and create dynamic and energetic centres in keeping with is reputation for delivering world-class facilities and fitness equipment. As part of the brief, zynk had to consider the clubs’ diverse demographic, which consists of separate male and female facilities, plus a mixed expat provision. Now the design blueprint is finalised, it is being rolled-out in all new sites.
zynk paid homage to Horizon’s name and beautiful location in the brand’s identity and interior design direction. In addition to this, zynk optimised the internal space layout to accommodate Horizon’s projected membership figures and advised on the gym equipment layout. Every element of the gym interior design was handled by zynk, including the swimming pool design, fitness areas and changing rooms. In addition to this, zynk’s configuration of internal space ensured a positive customer experience throughout the fitness centre.
