GRND HOUSE is the first online fitness platform to focus solely on strength-based training. 

Their new studio will act as a recording venue for all of their live and on-demand content and will host the local workers and residents of Paddington wanting to experience a world-beating strength class.

The studio will have over 32 Grnd Bench Stations and a dynamic audiovisual display system to enhance the user experience.  Due to open in January 2022. Watch this space for further details.
